The best cookies are the homemade ones- especially when they have to be gluten free.
I struggle with baking because everything is very time consuming so it is a special treat when we bake cookies. I found a great oatmeal cookie mix to speed things up a bit, I substituted the required corn syrup for honey instead. I also had to leave out the raisins, some members of the family are particular about textures with food and cooked raisins do not go over well. M&Ms were an acceptable alternative :)
