Thursday we took a little trip out to BC to Takakkaw Falls.  On the way we stopped at the Sprial tunnels to watch the train go through. Emerson was impatient asking every 30sec where the train was, then where it had gone.
1, 2, 3... Weeee!
Nana, Papa and Auntie.
Of course we had to go down to the river to throw rocks.
The weather started out perfect and then the clouds rolled in and it started to rain. We were lucky to have made it to the falls and back to the vans in time so we didn't get wet.
We got some geocaching time in while in Canmore. We went out 2 different evenings after dinner and did 3 caches. There are still a few that we didn't get to along the river, one day we'll make trip out for the day to get those caches.
Aly traded for a hair clip and a twoonie. Emerson didn't like anything in the cach so he opted to take one of the toys in our bag of trades. He chose a horse, it happens all the time with him. haha.
We left a notebook with crayons and some silly banz.  They're elastic type bands that you can wear as bracelets and when you take them off they are in shapes of animals, dinosaurs, objects etc. This bag had an elephant, hippo, ostrich and giraffe.
The Three Sisters.
This evening we saw almost a dozen larger rabbits running along the path. We even spotted a big one that was dark grey with white front paws just like our favorite baby bunny.
The caches we found were along the river under trees and hidden among the rocks. Great hiding spots and tricky sometimes.
Beautiful sunset.

Wednesday morning Becca and I went for a bike ride from Goat Creek to Banff- 18.9km. It was great! The weather was beautiful, warm with a nice breeze. Grandpa Jack dropped us off at Goat Creek and left the van for us in Banff while he rode back to Canmore along the highway path. Mom and Jack did the Goat Creek trail a few days before. Alyssa and Emerson hung out with Nana and went to the park while we were gone.
Hanging out on the deck before dinner.  I have to take full advantage of when Alyssa is open to having her picture taken :)
We found some baby bunnies on our bike ride. 5 very little bunnies, Aly pointed out that they had good camoflage since they were grey and the rocks are too. These bunnies were various shades but I think our favorite was the darker one with little white front paws. So cute!
